مشاهير123 - أكد رئيس جنوب افريقيا جاكوب زوما يوم الاحد 10/04/2011 بعدما قاد وفدا من زعماء افارقة اثناء محادثات في طرابلس ان الزعيم الليبي معمر القذافي قبل خريطة طريق لانهاء الصراع في ليبيا.

وقال زوما بعد محادثات استمرت عدة ساعات مع القذافي في مقره بمنطقة باب العزيزية "عندي بعض الالتزامات التي تجبرني على المغادرة الان لكننا اكملنا مهمتنا مع الاخ الزعيم (القذافي)."

واضاف "قبل وفد الاخ الزعيم خريطة الطريق كما قدمناها. ينبغي ان نمنح وقف اطلاق النار فرصة." وقال ان الوفد الافريقي سيسافر الان الى مدينة بنغازي في شرق ليبيا لاجراء محادثات مع معارضي القذافي.

English: Machahir123 - A delegation of African leaders said Sunday that their Libyan counterpart Moammar Gadhafi accepted their "road map" for a cease-fire with rebels, whom they will meet with Monday. They met hours after NATO airstrikes battered Gadhafi's tanks, helping Libyan rebels push back government troops that had been advancing quickly toward the opposition's eastern stronghold.

The terms of the African Union's road map were unclear - such as whether it would require Gadhafi to pull his troops out of cities as rebels have demanded.

"We have completed our mission with the brother leader, and the brother leader's delegation has accepted the road map as presented by us," said South African President Jacob Zuma. He traveled to Tripoli with the heads of Mali and Mauritania to meet with Gadhafi, whose more than 40-year rule has been threatened by the uprising that began nearly two months ago.

"We will be proceeding tomorrow to meet the other party to talk to everybody and present a political solution," Zuma said. He called on NATO to end airstrikes to "give the cease-fire a chance."

و خلص الاجتماع الى ان مجلس التعاون الخليجي يدعو صالح الى نقل صلاحيته الى نأئبه وتشكيل حكومة وحدة وطنيه بقيادة المعارضه ولها الحق في تشكيل اللجان وتسيير الامور واجراء الانتخابات.

النائب العام المصري يستدعي مبارك ونجليه للتحقيق

مشاهير123 - قال النائب العام المصري يوم الاحد انه أمر باستدعاء الرئيس السابق حسني مبارك وابنيه علاء وجمال للتحقيق معهم في بلاغات اتهمتهم بجرائم الاعتداء على متظاهرين واستغلال النفوذ والحصول على عمولات.
وقال في بيان صدر عقب كلمة صوتية وجهها مبارك عبر قناة العربية التلفزيونية ونفى فيها وجود أي أصول مالية أو عقارية له بالخارج ان تلك الكلمة "لن تؤثر على الاجراءات التي تتخذها النيابة العامة في التحقيق في الوقائع المقدمة ضدهم."
وأضاف أن "هذه البلاغات تتعلق بمدى اتصال رئيس الجمهورية السابق وأفراد أسرته بجرائم الاعتداء على المتظاهرين ووقائع أخرى تتعلق باستغلال النفوذ والحصول على عمولات.
"ولذلك تقرر استدعاؤه ونجليه."
وقال مبارك في كلمته عبر تلفزيون العربية انه تكلم بعد أسابيع انتظر خلالها "أن يصل الى النائب العام المصري الحقيقة من كافة دول العالم والتي تفيد عدم ملكيتي لاي أصول نقدية أو عقارية أو غيرها من ممتلكات بالخارج."
وتظاهر مئات الالوف من المصريين يوم الجمعة مطالبين بمحاكمة مبارك بتهم فساد وقتل واصابة متظاهرين شاركوا في الاحتجاجات التي ادت الى الاطاحة به يوم 11 فبراير شباط الماضي.
وقتل مئات وأصيب الالوف في الاحتجاجات التي أنهت 30 عاما من حكم مبارك لمصر.

English: Machahir123 - Egypt's public prosecutor has summoned Hosni Mubarak, the former Egyptian president, and his sons as part of investigations into the killing of protesters and the alleged embezzlement of public funds.

Mubarak's sons, Gamal and Alaa, have also been summoned in the embezzlement investigation, the prosecutor said in a statement on Sunday.

Ahmed Nazif, the country's former prime minister, has also been detained for 15 days as part of investigations into misuse of public funds, the public prosecutor's statement continued.

"The phrasing of this has got to be looked at very carefully," reported Al Jazeera's Mike Hanna, in Cairo. "The word 'summoned' was not strictly used as a direct translation. What the prosecutor general has said is that he 'requests and requires' the deposed president and his two sons to answer questions relating to financial irregularities and also to the role that they played in the military crackdown that led to a number of deaths of protesters during Egypt's revolution."

Hanna said that while Mubarak and his sons have only so far been requested to appear for questioning, there is weight behind the statement.
