الحكومة الليبية ترفض مذكرة اعتقال معمر القذافي و ابنه

مشاهير123- كانت ردت فعل الحكومة الليبية في طرابلس رافضة لقرار المحكمة الجنائية الدولية بعد اصدارها مذكرة اعتقال للزعيم الليبي معمر القذافي يوم الاثنين 27/06/2011 قائلة انها لا تقبل اختصاصات المحكمة و تعترف بها اصلا.
وقد عقد وزير العدل الليبي محمد القمودي  مؤتمرا صحفي في العاصمة الليبية طرابلس مساء يوم الاثنين للرد على هذاالقار الدولي , فقال: "ليبيا ليست طرفا في اتفاقية روما ولا تقبل باختصاصات المحكمة الجنائية الدولية التي يبدو واضحا و جليا انها مشكلة للعالم الثالث".

English: Machahir123- Libya dismissed a move by the International Criminal Court to issue an arrest warrant for leader Muammar Gaddafi on Monday, rejecting the authority of the tribunal.
"Libya ... does not accept the decisions of the ICC which is a tool of the Western world to prosecute leaders in the Third World," Justice Minister Mohammed al-Qamoodi told a news conference in Tripoli.
"The leader of the revolution and his son do not hold any official position in the Libyan government and therefore they have no connection to the claims of the ICC against them," Qamoodi added.

مشاهير123- هاجم  بعض المحتجين السنغاليين منزل وزير الصناعة التقليدية والنقل الجوي فاربا سنغور,يوم الأحد حيث تم رجم بيته بالحجارة و قاموا كذلك بتكسير زجاج بعض سياراته و حرق بعضها لأخر بالكامل.
فقامت الشرطة السنغالية في العاصمة داكار بالتدخل لتفريق المهاجمين على بيت الوزير السنغالي سنغور الذي تم تكسيره بالكامل.
و بعد لحظات من الهجوم على البت دخلت الشرطة الى بيت الوزير لاخراجه و تظهر الصور أسفاه انها كان يبدوا عليه الخوف والهلع بعد الهجوم العنيف عليه وعلى ممتلكاته الخاصة.

وعلى الرغم من أن مارتين أوبري و فرانسوا هولاند يأتيان في الصدارة وفق نتائج سبر الآراء إلا أن أسماء أخرى ربما تبرز على الساحة لتخوض معركة الانتخابات التمهيدية داخل الحزب الاشتراكي في مقدمها المرشحة السابقة للرئاسة سيغولين روايال.

مشاهير123- تفيذ التوقعات بأن المحكمة الجنائية الدولية  ستصدراليوم الاثنين  مذكرة توقيف بحق العقيد الليبي معمر القذافي بتهمة ارتكاب جرائم ضد الانسانية في ليبيا منذ منتصف شباط/فبراير.
وسيصدر القضاة قرارهم خلال جلسة استماع علنية في لاهاي تبدأ عند الساعة 13,00 (11,00 GMT) ومن المقرر ان تستمر زهاء ساعة.
وكان مدعي عام المحكمة الجنائية الدولية لويس مورينو-اوكامبو طلب في 16 ايار/مايو من المحكمة اصدار مذكرات توقيف بحق القذافي ونجله سيف الاسلام ورئيس الاستخبارات الليبية عبدالله السنوسي.
ويتهم المدعي العام هؤلاء الثلاثة بارتكاب عمليات قتل واضطهاد ترقى الى جرائم ضد الانسانية ارتكبتها قوات الامن الليبية بحق المدنيين منذ 15 شباط/فبراير، خصوصا في طرابلس وبنغازي ومصراتة.

English: Machahir123-- Judges at the International Criminal Court areset decide on Monday to issued a warrants for the arrest of Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi, marking the first time the judicial body has taken action while a conflict was ongoing.
The judges determined that  there is enough evidence to grant a request for the warrants by the court’s chief prosecutor, who has said he has evidence that links Gadhafi and two relatives to “widespread and systematic” attacks on civilians as part of their effort to hold on to power.

SO, The International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants on Monday for Libya's Muammar Gaddafi, his son Saif al-Islam and the country's spy chief, Abdullah al-Senussi, on charges of crimes against humanity.
ICC prosecutor Luis Moreno-Ocampo had in May asked the court to issue arrest warrants for the "pre-determined" killing of protesters in Libya after the U.N. Security Council referred the issue to the court.
المغرب: مسيرات حركة 20 فبراير تخرج يوم الأحد

مشاهير123- تظاهر الالاف من المغاربة في مسيرات في انحاء مدن المغرب يوم الاحد سواء لتأييد او لرفض الاصلاحات الدستورية التي طرحها الملك محمد السادس استجابة لانتفاضات "الربيع العربي" الشعبية التي تجتاح العالم العربي.
ويقول منتقدو الاصلاحات انها لم تقلل سلطات الملك بما فيه الكفاية. وكانت المسيرة المعارضة للاصلاحات التي طرحها الملك الاحدث في موجة من المسيرات التي يشهدها المغرب وتأتي قبل ايام من الاستفتاء الذي يجرى في الاول من يوليو تموز على خطة الاصلاح.
وقام العشرات من أفراد شرطة مكافحة الشغب بتفريق مظاهرة ضمت نحو ألفي شخص من المعارضين للاصلاحات الدستورية في العاصمة الرباط مستخدمين الهراوات.
ويترك الدستور الجديد للملك تعيين رئيس الوزراء لكن هذه المرة يفرض الدستور بعد تعديله اختيار رئيس الوزراء من الحزب الفائز بالانتخابات البرلمانية. كما يترك للملك الحق في الاعتراض على اي وزير وحق اقتراح انهاء تفويضه.
 Maroc : des milliers de manifestants dans les rues de Rabat
English: Machahir123- Thousands of people marched through cities in Morocco on Sunday either to protest or to support constitutional reforms proposed by King Mohammed in reaction to unrest inspired by "Arab Spring" uprisings in the Arab world.

Critics of the reforms says they do not go far enough to reduce his powers. The march against the monarch's measures was the latest in a wave of marches in the North African state and comes days before a July 1 referendum on the reform plan.
The new charter still allows him to name a prime minister -- but this time only from the party that wins most seats at parliamentary elections -- and to vet appointments of other ministers and suggest the termination of their mandates.
