مشاهير123 - أصدرت المحكمة الاتحادية العليا بدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة الثلاثاء، حكماً نهائياً بإعدام لاعب الفريق الأول لكرة القدم بنادي "الشارقة"، فايز جمعة، لإدانته بتهمة "القتل العمد"، بالاشتراك مع آخرين، لشاب مواطن، خلال مشاجرة عام 2008.
وذكر رئيس المحكمة الاتحادية العليا في العاصمة الإماراتية أبوظبي، المستشار عبد الوهاب العبدول، في تصريحات أوردها موقع صحيفة "الاتحاد"، أن الحكم الصادر عن الاتحادية العليا بإعدام لاعب فريق الشارقة، يُعد "حكماً نهائياً، ولا يجوز إثارته أمام الجهات القضائية الأخرى.وتعود تفاصيل القضية إلى منتصف عام 2008، حيث نشبت مشاجرة في منطقة "الرفاع" بإمارة الشارقة، استخدمت فيها الأسلحة البيضاء، أسفرت عن مقتل أحد الشبان، نتيجة تلقيه ضربة قوية على رأسه باستخدام آداة حادة "سيف"، سقط صريعاً في الحال.
وفور القبض على المتهمين تمت إحالتهم إلى محكمة الجنايات بالشارقة، التي أصدرت حكمها بإعدام أربعة متهمين، هم فايز جمعة، وشقيقه موسى، وصديقيهما محمد بلال، ومحمد نجيب، فيما تلقى ستة متهمين آخرين، ممن شاركوا في المشاجرة، أحكاماً بالسجن لمدة ثلاث سنوات.

The Abu Dhabi Supreme Court Tuesday delivered the capital punishment verdict to Jumaa for intentionally killing, along others, their compatriot following a scuffle in a parking lot in Sharjah.
Victim stabbed to death
Court records said the defendants brought sharp tools, including swords and knives, and stabbed the victim to death.
Court proceedings, which attracted unprecedented media coverage, began in 2009.
Another former Sharjah Club Emirati player, M.B., and Jumaa’s brother, M.J., were also sentenced to death in the case.
Sharjah Public Prosecution had accused the footballers, M.J. and three others, identified as M.F., H.E. and H.H. with intentionally killing their compatriot in the parking lot. The defendants were charged with preplanning and plotting the intentional murder and bringing swords and a knife for that purpose.
