معمر القذافي يدين قرار مجلس الأمن وعلى عائلته

07:15 GMT - مشاهير123 - قام الزعيم الليبي معمر القذافي باذانة قرار مجلس الأمن الدولي القاضي بفرض عقوبات عليه وعلى عدد من المقربين منه، على خلفية العنف الذي قابل به نظامه المحتجين من أبناء شعبه المطالبين برحيله، كما تعهد بعدم مغادرة ليبيا.وقال القذافي في مقابلة مع التلفزيون الصربي، أجراها في مكتبه بطرابلس، إن مجلس الأمن لا يرى كيف أن طرابلس آمنة.
وأعاد القذافي اتهاماته السابقة لأجانب وتنظيم القاعدة بالتسبب في الاضطرابات التي تشهدها بلاده منذ الخامس عشر من الشهر الجاري وتهدد حكمه المستمر منذ 41 عاما، وكرر تعهداته السابقة بالبقاء في ليبيا وعدم مغادرتها.
قرارات دولية
وكان مجلس الأمن الدولي قد أقر السبت بالإجماع حزمة من العقوبات بحق القذافي وعدد من المقربين منه تحت البند السابع من ميثاق الأمم المتحدة دون التهديد باستخدام القوة العسكرية، مع إحالة ممارسات النظام بحق المتظاهرين إلى المحكمة الجنائية الدولية.
وتتضمن حزمة العقوبات حظر سفر القذافي والمشمولين معه بهذه العقوبات وتجميد أرصدتهم.
ومن بين الشخصيات المشمولة بالعقوبات معمر القذافي وأبناؤه سيف الإسلام وهنيبعل، وخميس، ومحمد، وسيف العرب، وابنته عائشة، إضافة إلى رئيس مكتب الاتصال باللجان الثورية الدكتور عبد القادر محمد البغدادي، ووزير الدفاع اللواء جابر أبو بكر يونس، وعدد آخر من القيادات الأمنية

Libyan strongman Muammar Gaddafi has dismissed UN sanctions as invalid and claimed calm had returned to Libya as the territories held by the opposition were surrounded.
In a rare statement to foreign media broadcast on Serbian television, Gaddafi also blamed al-Qaeda extremists for the killings since the anti-regime protests began around February 15.
"The Security Council adopted a resolution which is invalid in accordance with the UN Charter, it is void," Gaddafi told Serbian Pink Television in a 10-minute statement in Arabic that was dubbed in Serbian.
"How is it possible that the Security Council adopts a resolution based on a media report. It is unacceptable and goes against common sense," he said.
On Saturday the Security Council called for a travel ban and assets freeze against Gaddafi and his family and associates, and an arms embargo against Libya, where the UN says more than 1,000 people have been killed.
In his telephone statement to Serbian television the Libyan leader insisted the situation in his North African country was calm at the moment.
"There are no incidents at the moment and Libya is completely quiet. There is nothing unusual. There is no unrest," he claimed, adding that while people were killed on both sides it was only a small number.
He blamed al-Qaeda extremists for the violence and repeated his claim that the opposition demonstrators were drugged.
"People were killed by terrorist gangs and they are without a doubt al-Qaeda," he said.
