14:59 GMT -مشاهير123- قال شهود عيان أن القوات المؤيدة للزعيم الليبي معمر القذافي تفرض طوقاً حول العاصمة طرابلس، التي بدأ سكان المناطق الغربية بالتوجه إليها لمساعدة المتظاهرين. وأفادت المصادر بأن المدينة تشهد خلواً تاماً من المارة الذين التزموا منازلهم خوفاً على حياتهم من المرتزقة وقوات الأمن الذين يطلقون النار على كل من يسير في المدينة. .وهذا فيديو يظهر مرتزقة يطلقون النار بشكل عشوائي.
