مشاهير123 - قال دبلوماسيون إن مجلس الامن التابع للامم المتحدة رفض يوم الاثنين طلب ليبيا عقد اجتماع طارئ لمناقشة الغارات الجوية الغربية على البلاد في اعقاب فرض المجلس منطقة حظر جوي فوق البلاد.
وقرر المجلس بدلا من ذلك عقد جلسة احاطة تقرر بالفعل أن تكون يوم الخميس للامين العام للامم المتحدة بان جي مون بشأن كيفية تنفيذ القرار الذي أنشأ منطقة الحظر الجوي لحماية المدنيين في الصراع الدائر في ليبيا.
وقال الدبلوماسيون إن وزير الخارجية الليبي موسى كوسا كتب الى المجلس في مطلع الاسبوع طالبا ان يعقد المجلس اجتماعا طارئا لمناقشة "العداون العسكري" على ليبيا.
وعقدت الصين التي تشغل منصب رئيس المجلس هذا الشهر مشاورات للمجلس خلف ابواب مغلقة يوم الاثنين للنظر في الرسالة.
وقال دبلوماسي في المجلس طلب الا ينشر اسمه بعد ذلك "سيجتمع المجلس يوم الخميس لتلقي تقرير الامين العام عن تنفيذ القرار 1973 وسيناقش بعد ذلك الوضع في ليبيا."

English : Machahir123 - The U.N. Security Council on Monday turned down a Libyan request for a special meeting to discuss Western air strikes on the country following the council's imposition of a no-fly zone, diplomats said.
The council decided instead simply to hold a briefing already planned for Thursday by U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon on how the resolution that set up the zone to protect civilians in Libya's internal conflict is being implemented.
Strikes were launched over the weekend by U.S., French and British warplanes and missiles to disable Libyan air defenses and halt government forces closing in on the eastern city of Benghazi and other centers held by rebels.
Diplomats said Libyan Foreign Minister Moussa Koussa had written to the council over the weekend requesting that the 15-nation body hold an emergency session to debate the "military aggression" against Libya
