تأجيل محاكمة حسني مبارك و نجليه الى 5 من سبتمبر/ايلول القادم

مشاهير123- قررت محكمة الجنايات المـصرية تأجيل قضية الرئيس المصري المخلوع حسني مبارك إلى الخامس من أيلول-سبتمبر المقبل ومحاكمته في نفس الوقت مع وزير الداخلية السابق حبيب العادلي الذي يواجه مثله إتهاما بقتل المتظاهرين. وقررت المحكمة ضم القضيتين الخاصتين بمبارك والعادلي بحيث تسير إجراءاتهما معا.

محاكمة الرئيس المصري السابق كانت قد استؤنفت صباح هذا الإثنين أمام محكمة جنايات القـاهرة بتهمة قتل متظاهرين أثـناء الإنتفاضة الشـعبية التي أطـاحت بنظامه في شباط-فـبراير الماضي.

وحضر مبارك إلى مقر أكاديمية الشـرطة حيث تجرى المحاكمة على متن مروحية، ثم نقل في سيارة إسعاف إلى قاعة المحاكمة وادخل عـلى سـرير نقـال إلى قفص الإتـهام حيث وقف إلى جواره نجلاه علاء وجمال المتهمان بالفساد.

ويواجه الرئيس المصري المخلوع عـقوبة الإعـدام إذا ما ثبت أنه أصدر بالفعل أوامر بإطلاق الرصاص الحي على المتظاهرين وقتلهم.

وسقط حـوالي ثمانمائة وخمسين قـتيلا، غالبيتهم العظمى من الشباب، كما اصيب أكثر من ستة آلاف شخص جراء قمع الشرطة للتظاهرات التي دامت ثمانية عشر يوما.

وقد حدثت مواجهات وتراشق بالحجارة بين أنصار الرئيس المخلوع ومعارضيه وأسر ضحايا الإحتجاجات الشعبية من خارج المحكمة والذين جاؤوا لمتابعة وقائع المحاكمة على شاشة عملاقة مثبتة عند باب أكاديمية الشرطة.

English: Machahir123--The trial of former Egyptian president Hosni Mubarak has been adjourned until 5 September. The prosecution has also asked for his case to be linked with that of Habib al Adli, former Minister of Interior, who is accused of giving the order to kill protesters.  

Mubarak is also charged with conspiring to kill protesters during the uprising that began in January and forced him to resign. He could face the death penalty if convicted. The former leader and his two sons, Alaa and Gama, are also charged with corruption. Mubarak’s defence team want 1,600 witnesses to appear.  Mubarak arrived at court in Cairo by ambulance on Monday morning, and like his previous appearance earlier this month, was wheeled in on a stretcher and remained lying down. 
Outside the building, scuffles broke out between Mubarak’s supporters and those who want to see him face justice. Some had been out as early as 6am local time. Police were forced to erect a barrier separating the two groups as they traded insults and threw rocks.  Authorities say about 5,000 police are providing security for the trial and access into the courtroom has been limited.  More than eight hundred people died and over 6,000 were wounded in the 18 days of uprising that toppled Mubarak.
