تقرير طبي:الرئيس الفرنسي السابق جاك شيراك فقد الذاكرة وصحته متدهورة مما لا يؤهله لحضور محاكمته يوم الاثنين

مشاهير123- قال محاموا الرئيس الفرنسي السابق جاك شيراك أن الرئيس السابق لا يمكنه الخضوع لاستواجب و دلك راجع الى تقرير طبي أدلت ها عائلة الرئيس للمحامين. و أضافت التقرير الطبي بان الرئيس شرالك  لا يمكنه الاجابة على أسئلة تخص ماضيه السياسي و الرئاسي. و لم يتم اعلان تأجيل المحاكمة الى حد الساعة.

فقد قضت محكمة في باريس الشهر الماضي ، بأن محاكمة الرئيس الفرنسي السابق جاك شيراك بمزاعم فساد قانونية، سوف تمضي قدمًا في موعدها المقرر بين 5 و23 سبتمبر الجاري.

ويأتي القرار بعد شهر من رفض محكمة فرنسا العليا الطعن الدستوري الذي سمح بإجراءات محاكمة شيراك، والتي علقت في شهر مارس الماضي.

وسيحاكم شيراك، 78 عاما، بتهم متعددة، من بينها سوء استخدام الأموال العامة عندما كان رئيسا لبلدية باريس قبل أن يصبح رئيسا للبلاد.

واتهم شيراك مع تسعة أشخاص آخرين باختلاس أموال من مدينة باريس عندما كان رئيسا لبلديتها بين عامي 1977 و1995، ودفع تلك الأموال لأشخاص للعمل لصالح حزبه السياسي، بينما خصص رواتب لأشخاص بوظائف وهمية.

ويواجه شيراك حكما بالسجن 10 أعوام، وغرامة قدرها 75 ألف يورو (نحو 100 ألف دولار) إذا أدين باستخدام موظفين للعمل لحزبه، في حين أن مدينة باريس تنازلت عن دعوى مدنية ضد شيراك بعد أن دفع وحزبه نحو 3 ملايين دولار.

Un rapport médical, demandé par la famille et transmis aux magistrats, indique que l’ancien chef de l’Etat n’est pas en mesure de répondre à des questions sur son passé. Le tribunal, devant lequel le procès doit s’ouvrir lundi, peut ordonner une contre-expertise ou pour suspendre indéfiniment la comparution de M. Chirac.

Former French President Jacques Chirac is due to stand trial starting Monday on embezzlement charges related to his stint as Paris mayor, the first time a former president of modern France is being forced to defend himself in court.

In 2009, investigating magistrate Xavière Simeoni ordered Mr. Chirac to stand trial on criminal charges for allegedly adding several people to the city payroll while he was mayor of Paris between 1977 and 1995, even though their work was of no use to the city.

Mr. Chirac has repeatedly denied the allegations and has argued the jobs were legitimate.

His lawyer, Jean Veil, declined to comment on the charges ahead of the trial.

The trial began in March but was suspended for several months while a higher court examined a constitutional claim filed by a codefendant.
