 الحكم بالاعدام على رجل أسود قام بقتل شرطي أبيض بأمريكا

Troy Davis will die tomorrow as parole board denies clemency despite protests of his innocence

مشاهير123 - رفض طلبه يوم الثلاثاء الدي يطلب فيه الحصول على عفو. والدي حكم عليه بالإعدام منذ 20 عاما بسبب جريمة قتل يقول بأنه لم يرتكبها، و يبلغ من العمر 42 سنة.

فقد رفض القضاء الأمريكي طلب السيد تروي دافيس بالعفو  و المتهم بالقتل  "شرطي أبيض" سنة 1989 و حكم عليه بالاعدام و لكن لم ينفد حكم الاعدام بعد عدد من أحكام الاستئناف.

و قد أصبح تروي دافيس من بين الأوج التي تعاني و تعبر عن حكم الاعدام و منعه في ولاية جوجيا بالولايات المتحدة الأمريكية.

La justice américaine a refusé d'accorder une grâce à Troy Davis, condamné à mort en 1989 pour le meurtre d'un policier blanc, selon plusieurs médias américains. Troy Davis, devenu une des icônes de la lutte contre la peine de mort aux Etats-Unis, doit être exécuté mercredi dans l'Etat de Géorgie

English: Machahir123-- Troy Davis, who is set to be executed by lethal injection tomorrow night, has lost a bid for clemency launched by his defence lawyers who said he was wrongly convicted of killing a police officer.

Georgia's board of pardons rejected the last-minute plea even after it attracted high-profile support, and his execution will go ahead as planned. It was the last hope for the 42-year-old, who was convicted of killing police officer Mark MacPhail, in Savannah, Georgia, in 1989.

Anti-death penalty activists, who also claim Davis was wrongly convicted, chanted and held banners through Atlanta last week.

It is the fourth time in four years his execution has been scheduled by Georgia officials.
