مشاهير123 - قامت السلطات اليونانية باعتقال جون كلوزماير، قبطان إحدى سفن قافلة الحرية 2، التي كانت تنوي نقل ناشطين الى قطاع غزة، لتسليم مساعدات انسانية لسكانه.
و ادعت السلطات اليونانية الأمر أنه "محاولة مغادرة ميناء بيراما دون إذن، وتعريض حياة الركاب للخطر" للقبطان الأمريكي الجنسية البالغ من العمر 60 سنة. وتقول السلطات إنه سيمثل أمام المحكمة الثلاثاء المقبل.
وكان خفر السواحل اليوناني فرض لليوم الثاني على التوالي، حظرا على ابحار السفن المشاركة في "قافلة الحرية 2" الى غزة من الموانئ اليونانية.
وسفينة القبطان المعتقل، التي تدعى "أوداسيتي هوب" أو "اقدام الأمل" تحمل على متنها 36 ناشطا وطاقمها المكون من اربعة بحارة وعشرة صحافيين.
وكانت سفينة امريكية تقل عددا من الناشطين قد اعترضت بعد ابحارها يوم الجمعة من ميناء بيريوس بفترة وجيزة من جانب خفر السواحل واجبرت على العودة الى الميناء اليوناني.
وانتقدت حركة حماس المسيطرة على مقاليد الامور في قطاع غزة الخطوة اليونانية واصفة اياها "باللا انسانية" وقالت إن اثينا تنفذ ما تمليه عليها اسرائيل.

English: Machahir123-- Greek authorities said on Saturday they arrested the captain of a U.S. ship that was part of a controversial flotilla bound for Gaza.

Authorities in Greece have not released the name of the 60-year-old captain, but they said he is being held at Piraeus police headquarters. He will remain there until Tuesday, when a court hearing has been scheduled.

According to the Greek coast guard, the captain of “Audacity of Hope,” is charged with attempting to leave port without permission, and endangering the lives of the boat’s passengers.

The U.S.-flagged boat, which was carrying 36 protestors, about 10 people from the media and four crew members, was one of nine ships in a flotilla headed for Gaza on Friday.

Also included in the flotilla was a Canadian ship dubbed the “Tahrir.”

According to organizers of the flotilla, activists on the Tahrir attempted to sail from the port of Perama near Athens to Gaza on Friday, but their efforts were thwarted when Greek coast guards tried to arrest Sandra Rush — a Canadian who refused to hand over the boat’s registrations papers.

No one was arrested in the incident, but the boat was ultimately prevented from leaving port.
