قاضي التحقيق في هجمات النرويج يأمر بحبس بريفيك حبسا انفراديا لثمانية أسابيع

Anders Behring Breivik to be held for 8 weeks in isolation as police fear other 'cells' are active

مشاهير123- مثل أندرز بهرينغ بريفيك، المتهم بتنفيذ الهجومين اللذين هزا النرويج الجمعة 22 يوليوز، أمام المحكمة في العاصمة اوسلو بشكل سري، وذلك بعد ان قرر القاضي منع الاعلام والعامة من حضور الجلسة.

و بحسب القضاة يواجه بريفيك تهمتي القتل و الارهاب وتصل عقوبتهما الى أكثر من 21 عاما.

وكان بريفيك (32 عاما) اعترف بشن هجوم على معسكر لشباب الحزب الحاكم في جزيرة بالقرب من العاصمة النرويجية اوسلو راح ضحيته ما لا يقل عن 93 شخصا.
ويواجه بريفيك، الذي وصف هجومة بأنه "بشع لكنه ضروري"، عقوبة السجن 21 عاما كحد أقصى.

وأشارت الأنباء إلى أنه مرتبط بمنظمات يمينية متطرفة وجماعات معادية للوجود الإسلامي وقضى عدة سنوات يخطط للعملية التي نفذها فجر الجمعة.

وشهدت النرويج دقيقة صمت حدادا على أرواح الضحايا عند الساعة 12:00 بالتوقيت المحلي (10:00 غرينيتش).

وقد مثل بريفيك عند 11 بتوقيت غرينتش أمام المحكمة في جلسة استماع.

و كانت نتائجها حبس المتهم السفاح بريفيك لمدة ثمانية أسابيع حبسا انفراديا على دمة التحقيق.

Anders Behring Breivik 8 weken in voorlopige hechtenis

English: Machahir123-Anders Behring Breivik (32) was prepared for incarceration in Oslo courthouse today. Breivik has now left the courthouse. Just before at half past two Monday he was back at the police station.

The ruling from incarceration meeting will be announced at 1515. About 150 journalists waiting for the verdict in the courtroom 227 in the Oslo City Court.

For closed doors

The judge decided in advance that no one, neither the press or public were admitted into the courtroom.

- This is a very special case. We have never experienced the like in Norway. It has been decided behind closed doors for reasons of security and the investigation, said the judge Geir Engebretsen at the Oslo City.

Results of  Today:  The judgement has been communicated to the accused, to the defence attorney and the prosecuting attorney. This is the judgement. Anders Behring Breivik, has been charged under the Norwegian criminal law, article 147a, for acts of terrorism. Oslo police district has asked for the suspect to be remanded in custody for eight weeks with a ban on letters and visits with a complete isolation for four weeks.

The penal code 147a regards the destablisation or destruction of sections society such as the government and creating serious fear in the population, when the accused is suspected of criminal acts that could lead to more than six months in prison.
