فرنسا تطرح خيار بقاء القذافي في ليبيا لكن بعيدا عن السياسة

France says Muammar Gaddafi may stay in Libya

مشاهير123- قالت فرنسا يوم الاربعاء ان الزعيم الليبي معمر القذافي يمكنه البقاء في بلاده اذا تخلى عن السلطة الامر الذي يشير الى جهود جديدة لايجاد حل دبلوماسي للحرب المستمرة منذ خمسة اشهر والتي فشلت في الاطاحة بالقذافي.

وقالت الولايات المتحدة انه يجب على القذافي ان يتخلى عن السلطة لكن مسألة السماح له بالبقاء في ليبيا أمر يقرره الشعب الليبي.
وقال جاي كارني المتحدث باسم البيت الابيض للصحفيين عندما سئل عما اذا كانت الولايات المتحدة تتفق مع وجهة نظر فرنسا بأن القذافي يمكن أن يبقى في ليبيا اذا ترك السلطة "ينبغي أن يترك السلطة... وبعد ذلك يكون القرار بيد الشعب الليبي."

غير أن وزير الخارجية الليبي سارع الى رفض العرض قائلا ان رحيل القذافي الذي تولى السلطة قبل 41 عاما غير مطروح للنقاش.

English: Machahir123- The extended fighting in Libya has brought a French proposal that leader Muammar Gaddafi be allowed to stay in the country. In what is clearly a strategic minefield, French Foreign Minister Alain Juppe has said foreign powers are ready to let Gaddafi stay if he steps down. France is keen to prevent NATO-led military action in Libya from dragging on.

In Madrid, Juppe said: “Gaddafi has to leave power, and give up any civil and military roles. That is a condition for us that could lead to a cease fire and a resumption of national dialogue.”

Washington shared this view. The White House also said it is up to the people of Libya to decide whether to banish Gaddafi.

Tripoli dismissed Juppe’s proposal.
