مشاهير123 - أعلن مجلس القضاء الأعلى، الثلاثاء بأنه تقرر بث وقائع محاكمات الفساد على شاشات خارج المحاكم تتيح لمن هم خارج قاعات المحاكم سماع ومشاهدة سير المحاكمات، كما أوصت بنقل المحاكمات إلى قاعات تسمح بحضور عدد مناسب من الجمهور بما لا يخل بسيطرة المحكمة على الجلسة.

وكان عصام شرف، رئيس الوزراء، ناشد المجلس إقرار مبدأ علانية محاكمة رموز النظام السابق، بعد أن أثارت سريتها غضب محتجين معتصمين في ميدان التحرير.

وأوصى المجلس، برئاسة المستشار محمد حسام الدين الغرياني, رئيس محكمة النقض، بنقل محاكمات المتهمين بارتكاب جرائم فساد وقتل المتظاهرين إلى أماكن تسمح بحضور عدد مناسب من الجمهور بما لا يخل بسيطرة المحكمة على الحاضرين بالجلسة.

كما قرر مجلس القضاء الأعلى بث وقائع تلك المحاكمات على شاشات خارج المحاكم تتيح سماعها ومشاهدتها لمن لم تتسع لهم قاعة المحكمة.

English: Machahir123-- In a series of concessions the state is offering to the protesters, the Higher Judicial Council announced it will ensure trials of ex-regime figures will be public.

The Higher Judicial Council has announced that it will permit the trials of ex-Mubarak regime figures on charges of corruption or the killing of demonstrators to be broadcast on giant screens to be set up outside the courthouses where the trials are taking place.
In his address to the nation on Sunday, Prime Minister Essam Sharaf had appealed to the Higher Judicial Council to take measures to ensure that the trials of ex-regime figures and police officers charged with corruption or involvement in the killing and torture of demonstrators should be open to the public.
Public trials of Mubarak regime officials and police officers have been among the main demands of the new wave of protests that has hit the country since the Friday of Determination on July 8.
