N. Korean leader arrives in Ulan-Ude for summit with Medvedev

مشاهير123- وصل الزعيم الكوري الشمالي/كيم جونغ إيل الى محطة سكك الحديد في أولان أودي شرق سيبيريا على متن قطاره الخاص في الساعة التاسعة صباح اليوم (بالتوقيت المحلي).  

واتجه /كيم نحو وسط المدينة على متن سيارة بصحبة مسئولين استقبلوه في رصيف المحطة عقب وصوله .  

ومن المنتظر ان يعقد /كيم لقاء القمة مع الرئيس الروسي /ديميتري ميديبديف يوم الاربعاء.

 ويُتوقع أن تتركز المباحثات بين ميدفيديف وكيم جونغ إيل على مشروع إنشاء خط أنابيب للنقل الغاز الطبيعي من روسيا إلى الكوريتين.

ويأمل خبراء في أن تشكل واردات كوريا الشمالية من نقل الغاز الروسي إلى كوريا الجنوبية حافزا قويا يحثّ بيونغ يانغ على تقليل "عدوانيتها" تمهيدا لقبول حل يقضي بحل المشكلة النووية لشبه الجزيرة الكورية.

ورأى مراقبون أن الزعيم الكوري الشمالي توجه إلى روسيا هذه المرة لطلب المساعدة من موسكو على حل المشاكل التي تواجه نظامه، مشيرين إلى أن روسيا قررت مؤخرا إرسال 50 ألف طن من القمح إلى كوريا الشمالية في صورة مساعدة إنسانية.

NORTH KOREA'S KIM JONG-IL IN RUSSIA

English: Machahir123--North Korean leader Kim Jong-il arrived in the eastern Siberian city of Ulan-Ude by train Tuesday ahead of his summit talks with Russian President Dmitry Medvedev.

Kim headed by car for an unidentified destination in the city's downtown area after being greeted by Russian officials at Ulan-Ude Station on the fourth day of his trip to Russia.

Kim Jong-il’s trip comes just days after Russia agreed to send 50,000 tons of grain to North Korea as a humanitarian gesture. The aid might be linked to festivities planned to mark next year’s centenary of the founder of North Korea, Kim Jongil’s father, Kim Il-sung.

There are widespread reports that Pyongyang urgently needs help with a growing economic crisis.

The sinking of a South Korean naval ship last March has prompted sanctions from the south and a ratcheting of tensions along the border, with experts saying that the North is warning Seoul not to get complacent.
