TITANIC HERO IN RISK
English: Machahir123--The "Titanic" star escaped unharmed early Monday morning from a blaze that destroyed Richard Branson's home on Necker Island.
The actress and her two children were among a large group of guests vacationing at the billionaire's property on the private island he owns in the Caribbean when a fire broke out during a late night lightning storm.
"Around 20 people were in the house and they all managed to get out and they are all fine," Branson told The Associated Press.
"The main house is completely destroyed and the fire is not yet completely out," he added. "My office was based in the house and I have lost thousands of photographs which is very sad."
The Virgin Group honcho was not staying at the property himself when disaster struck, but at another home 100 yards away with his wife and son. His houseguests included his mother, 90, and his daughter Holly, 29.
"We had a really bad tropical storm with winds up to 90mph. A big lightning storm came around 4am and hit the house," Branson said.
