مشاهير123- قال المتحدث الرسمي باسم البيت الأبيض بأن واشنطن تدعم القرار الفرنسي و البريطاني الذي رفعته الى مجلس الأمن الدولي حول اذاته سوريا بقمع المحتجين ضد نظام الرئيس السوري بشار الاسد.

قال رئيس الوزراء البريطاني ديفيد كاميرون في وقت سابق بأن بريطانيا وفرنسا ستتقدمان بمشروع قرار لمجلس الامن الدولي يوم الاربعاء لادانة الحملة ضد المحتجين في سوريا.
وقال "اليوم في نيويورك ستتقدم بريطانيا وفرنسا بقرار لمجلس الامن يدين القمع ويطالب بالمحاسبة وبدخول (مساعدات) انسانية.

"واذا صوتت أي دولة ضد ذلك القرار او حاولت الاعتراض عليه فان الامر متروك لضميرها."

ووزعت بريطانيا وفرنسا والمانيا والبرتغال مسودة قرار يدين سوريا على أعضاء مجلس الامن الشهر الماضي لكن روسيا والصين اللتين تتمتعان بحق النقض (الفيتو) أوضحتا أنهما لا تؤيدان فكرة تدخل مجلس الامن.

Britain and France will put forward a U.N. Security Council resolution on Wednesday condemning Syria's crackdown on protesters, Prime Minister David Cameron said.

Britain, France, Germany and Portugal circulated a first draft condemning Syria at the Security Council last month but veto powers Russia and China have made clear they dislike the idea of council involvement.

"Today in New York, Britain and France will be tabling a resolution at the Security Council condemning the repression and demanding accountability and humanitarian access," Cameron told parliament in London.

"And if anyone votes against that resolution or tries to veto it, that should be on their conscience."

Western diplomats in New York said the latest draft would be offered at a Security Council meeting starting at 3 p.m. (8 p.m. British time) but they did not expect a vote on Wednesday.
