فقد خرجت انتوني من السجن بعد منتصف الليل بالتوقيت الشرقي بأمريكا، يرافقها نائبان ومحاميها، خوسيه بايز.
فقد كانت كيسي أتوني وراء القضبان منذ ما يقرب من ثلاث سنوات وتمت تبرئتها في يوم 5 يوليو في قتل ابنتها الصغيرة "كايل".
ووجدت مذنبة في تهمة جنحة تقديم أربعة معلومات كاذبة إلى موظفي إنفاذ القوانين. وقد حكم عليها عام واحد في السجن وغرامة 1000 $ عن كل تهمة.
و بهذا يكون قد أطلق سراحها المشروط.

Casey Anthony was released on Saturday from Orange County Jail in Orlando, FL
Anthony walked out of jail shortly after midnight ET, accompanied by two sheriff's deputies and her attorney, Jose Baez.
She was behind bars for nearly three years and was acquitted on July 5 in the murder of her daughter Caylee
Anthony was found guilty of four misdemeanor counts of providing false information to a law enforcement officer. She was sentenced to one year in jail and a $1,000 fine for each count.
She was released with time served.
