مشاهير123- رد رئيس الحكومة الاسرائيلي بنيامين نتنياهو، على حادث تبادل اطلاق النار بين قوة من الجيش الإسرائيلي وأخرى عسكرية لبنانية قرب الحدود بين الجانبين، صباح اليوم الاثنين، ان اسرائيل لا تسعى الى تصعيد الوضع على الجبهة الشمالية والحدود مع لبنان، فيما سارع الطرفان إلى تحميل الجانب الآخر مسؤوليته.

وقالت إسرائيل إن مجموعة من جنودها تعرضوا لإطلاق نار أثناء قيامهم بدورية روتينية بمحاذاة السياج الحدودي قرب قرية الغجر، دون اجتياز الخط الأزرق. وبدورها، نقلت الوكالة الوطنية للإعلام اللبنانية أن مركزا للجيش اللبناني، في منطقة الوزاني، تعرض لإطلاق نار من قبل قوات إسرائيلية.

ورد الجيش اللبناني بالمثل واستمر إطلاق النار لربع ساعة قامت خلالها إسرائيل بإرسال تعزيزات عسكرية إلى المنطقة مكونة من عشر ناقلات جنود، وثلاث دبابات بالإضافة إلى 100 جندي. وقال الجيش الإسرائيلي في رسالة إلى قوات حفظ السلام الدولية "يونيفيل": "سوف نطبق السيادة الإسرائيلية وضمان أمن مواطنينا."

TENSIONS RISE BETWEEN ISRAEL AND LEBANON

English: Machahir123-Tensions rise between Israel and Lebanon, as shots are fired between troops at the border between the two countries. Each country has blamed the other side for sparking the incident. No injuries have been reported.

The Lebanese Army opened fire at a group of Israeli soldiers that crossed the border Blue Line into Lebanon in the Wazzani area early Monday, a security source told Xinhua.

The source said the six Israeli soldiers, who had crossed into Lebanon, fired at the Lebanese army post in response. No casualties were reported.

The Lebanese military sent reinforcement to the Wazzani area soon after the incident and the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) circulated extensive patrols, said the source.

The security source said the situation along the Lebanese- Israeli border was back to normal.

A similar border altercation between the Lebanese and Israeli armies in July 2010 claimed the lives of six people, most of them Lebanese.  

There were no injuries among the Israeli troops.
