السلطات الليبية تفرج عن ايمان العبيدي وتوقف ابن مسؤول كبير

مشاهير123 - قال الناطق الرسمي باسم الحكومة الليبية، موسى إبراهيم، إن السلطات أفرجت عن إيمان العبيدي، التي وصلت قصتها إلى العالم بعد أن اقتحمت بهو فندق مخصص للصحفيين الأجانب لتقول إنها تعرضت للاغتصاب من عناصر أمنية تتبع نظام العقيد معمر القذافي، مضيفاً أنه قد جرى توقيف أربعة أشخاص على ذمة القضية، بينهم نجل مسؤول كبير.
وقال إبراهيم، في المؤتمر الصحفي شبه اليومي الذي يعقده في طرابلس حول قضية العبيدي: "لقد أفرجنا عنها، هناك أربعة موقوفين، وهم لا يمثلون إلا أنفسهم، وبينهم نجل أحد المسؤولين الكبار.. نحن نعتبر الأمر قضية جنائية."
وتابع إبراهيم بالقول إن التحقيقات مع الموقفين جارية، مشيراً إلى أن لديهم "كامل الحقوق القانونية كما السيدة العبيدي التي تنتمي إلى قبيلة كبيرة ولديها الكثير من المعارف."
وأضاف: "لقد عرضنا على عائلة العبيدي إمكانية مقابلة صحفيين، القضية هي جنائية وجريمة شرف، وهي أخطأت بذكر أسماء أمام الجميع لأن الموضوع خطير جداً ويتعلق بالقيم."
وكانت العبيدي قد دخلت الجمعة إلى ردهة الفندق في طرابلس، وصرخت أمام الجميع بأنها من مدينة بنغازي وقد تعرضت للاغتصاب الجماعي من قبل عناصر أمنية، وحاولت عرض قصتها قبل أن يطوقها مسؤولون ويقتادونها إلى الخارج بالقوة.

In a conversation with Sky News, Libya's deputy foreign minister Khalid Kaim said the men were being detained as part of a criminal investigation into the rape allegations made by Iman al-Obeidi.
Ms al-Obeidi was manhandled by waitresses and government minders on Saturday morning as she attempted to speak to journalists at the Rixos Hotel in Tripoli.
She claimed she had been held for two days, and that she had been raped and tortured by men connected to the regime
Ms al-Obeidi, who is reportedly a law graduate, showed marks on her legs and on her wrists, which she suggested came from handcuffs.
As journalists tried to speak to her, police minders waded in, trying to physically block her mouth to stop her talking.
In addition to saying arrests had been made, Mr Kaim also suggested the alleged sexual assault took place when Iman al-Obeidi went to a pre-arranged meeting with at least one of the men.
