مشاهير123 - قررت ايطاليا التي تلعب دورا مخففا في العمليات العسكرية في ليبيا يوم الاثنين السماح لقواتها الجوية بقصف أهداف عسكرية في ليبيا.
وأفاد بيان صادر عن مكتب رئيس الوزراء سيلفيو برلسكوني انه أبلغ الرئيس الامريكي باراك أوباما في اتصال هاتفي بقرار حكومته وانه سيتصل بالقادة الاوروبيين الآخرين كي يبلغهم بالامر بنفسه.

English: Machahir123 - Italy, which has been playing a reduced role in operations in Libya, decided on Monday that its air force will be allowed to bomb selected military targets in the former Italian colony.

A statement from Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi's office said he had informed U.S. President Barack Obama in a telephone conversation of the government's decision and that he would call other European leaders to tell them personally as well.

The statement said the government had decided to "increase the operative flexibility of its aircraft with actions aimed at specific military targets on Libyan territory with the aim of protecting the civilian population".

مشاهير123 - القت الوثائق الضوء على المعتقلين في غياهب غوانتاناموأتلانتا، الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية (CNN) -- كشفت وثائق سرية نشرها موقع "ويكيلكيس" عن تفاصيل استثنائية لمعتقلي غوانتانامو المشتبهين بالإرهاب والانتماء لتنظيم القاعدة ممن تحتجزهم السلطات الأمريكية في السجن العسكري الواقع في خليج كوبا.
ويلقي قرابة 800 مستند عسكري سري، جرى عرضها على صحيفة "نيويورك تايمز" و"واشنطن بوست" الأمريكيتين، ونشر "ويكيليكس" بعضاً منها، الضوء على كيفية تقييم مدى خطورة بعض المعتقلين على الولايات المتحدة، علماً أن المستندات السرية ليست سوى تقييمات استخباراتية لكل من المعتقلين الـ779، الذين احتجزوا بالسجن العسكري منذ عام 2002، بحسب الصحيفة الأخيرة.
ومن بين الوثائق المنشورة تلك المتعلقة بأحمد خلفان غيلاني، الذي أدانته محكمة نيويورك مؤخراً بالضلوع في تفجير السفارة الأمريكية في تنزانيا عام 1998، وتعود لعام 2006 عند تحويله إلى المعتقل العسكري، وتفاصيل عمله كحارس شخصي لزعيم تنظيم القاعدة، أسامه بن لادن، قبيل هجمات 11 سبتمبر/أيلول عام 2001.
وتذكر المستندات أن غيلاني كان من بين قلة من مزوري تصاريح سفر بن لادن، وأنه تلقي تدريبات على استخدام المتفجرات لتفادي القتال في الخطط الأمامية.
ومن بين الوثائق المنشورة تلك المتعلقة بسند يسلم الخازمي، حارس شخصي آخر لبن لادن، أبدى استعداده للموت دفاعاً عن زعيم التنظيم، ويعتقد أنه ربما على علم ببرامج التنظيم الكيمائية والنووية.
ويذكر أن الخازمي فر من أفغانستان مع إطاحة الغزو الأمريكي بحركة طالبان عام 2001 واعتقل عام 2002 في دبي أثناء التخطيط لتنفيذ هجوم إرهابي هناك، ووجه، أثناء فترة اعتقاله، تهديدات لعناصر أمريكية من بينهم الرئيس.
ويجري تصنيف المعتقلين بغوانتانامو وفقاً لقيمتهم الاستخباراتية، والتهديدات التي قد يمثلونها أثناء فترة احتجازهم ومدى خطورتهم على الولايات المتحدة، في حال إطلاق سراحهم، بحسب "نيويورك تايمز".
وجرى تقييم 172 سجيناً على أنهم يمثلون خطراً شديداً على الولايات المتحدة وحلفائها، إذا أطلق سراحهم دون برنامج تأهيلية مناسبة، رغم إطلاق سراح بعضهم أو نقلهم إلى أوطانهم.
وأشارت الوثائق السرية أيضاً إلى أن ما يقرب من 100 سجين في غوانتانامو صُنفوا على أيدي القائمين على السجن على أنهم عانوا من حالات اكتئاب أو أمراض نفسية ونفّذ الكثيرون منهم إضرابا عن الطعام أو حاول الانتحار.
ونشرت صحيفة "ديلي تلغراف" إن بعض الأدلة المستخدمة لاعتقال "الجهاديين" كانت واهية، فالقوات الأمريكية كانت تلقي القبض على كل من يرتدي ساعات "كاسيو" معينة، لأنها كانت تستخدم كجهاز توقيت للقنابل.
وتحتجز الولايات المتحدة أكثر من 170 شخصاً في معتقل غوانتانامو، والذي كان الرئيس الأميركي باراك أوباما تعهد في كانون الثاني/يناير 2009 بإغلاقه خلال عام.
ونال موقع "ويكيليكس" شهرة بعد تسريبه الآلاف من الوثائق العسكرية حول حربي العراق وأفغانستان، كما نشر في مطلع هذا العام عدد هائل من البرقيات الدبلوماسية الأمريكية السرية.

English: Machahir123 - On Sunday night, more than a half dozen major news organizations in the United States and Europe began publishing shocking new revelations from a long-rumored WikiLeaks trove of documents about prisoners held at Guantanamo Bay.

Some outlets immediately acknowledged receiving the documents directly from WikiLeaks; others claimed to have another source for the more than 700 files stretching back to 2002. So how did two groups of media organizations -- one that worked with WikiLeaks and another that didn't -- get caught up in a race trying to scoop each other? Let's go back a few months.

WikiLeaks chief Julian Assange began telling some close media contacts in late 2010 that his anti-secrecy organization had been leaked documents offering details about all the prisoners at Guantanamo Bay in its possession. If true, WikiLeaks would once again be at the forefront of another major U.S government leak, following revelations they -- and other media outlets -- published concerning Afghanistan, Iraq and international diplomacy through the State Department.

But five months passed since a source told Reuters that Assange had "personal files of every prisoner in GITMO" and the documents hadn't emerged. NPR executive editor Dick Meyer had heard about the rumored cache and told The Huffington Post that his news organization even had discussions months ago with The New York Times -- which co-produces a database on Guantanamo Bay prisoners -- about what they'd do if they obtained the documents.

وأضافت أن 30 متظاهرا أصيبوا في اب بينهم ثمانية بأعيرة نارية والباقون بالحجارة والهراوات.

وقتل المحتج الاخر في محافظة البيضاء في جنوب اليمن.

وفي تعز قالت مصادر طبية ان 250 شخصا يعالجون اثر استنشاق الغاز المسيل للدموع وأصيب 50 شخصا بينهم 25 بطلقات نارية و25 بالحجارة.

A further 30 demonstrators were wounded in Ibb, eight by bullets and the rest by stones and batons, the sources told Reuters. A second protester was killed in the province of al-Baida in southern Yemen.

In Taiz, 250 people were treated for inhaling tear gas and 50 were wounded -- 25 by bullets and 25 by stones, medical sources said.

و أصافت المصادر بان عناصر الأمن السوري اقتحمت فجر اليوم مدينة درعا جنوب سوريا وداهمت المساكن وبدأت في إطلاق النار العشوائي على المتظاهرين.

والآن نشطاء يقولون لوكالة رويترز إنهم لا يعرفون عدد شهداء درعا، وإن جثثا تقبع في شوارعها، وإن القناصة يجعلون من المستحيل الوصول إليها .

و قالت مصادر أخرى بان دبابات الجيش السوري تقتحم مدينة درعا السورية الصامدة منذ فجر اليوم الاثنين 25/04/2011.

English: Machahir123 - Syrian security forces and gunmen loyal to president Bashar al-Assad stormed the large Damascus suburb of Douma early on Monday, shooting at unarmed civilians and arresting residents, rights campaigners said.

There are injured people. Scores have been arrested. The security forces are repeating the same pattern in all the centres of the democratic uprising. They want to put down the revolution using the utmost brutality.

The campaigner said all telecommunications with Douma had been cut, but one activist managed to escape the suburb after the attack began at dawn and report on the situation.

A number of people were killed and wounded as Syrian troops swept into Deraa with tanks and snipers, rights activists reached by telephone said. They said a 3,000-strong military force swarmed into Deraa early Monday, with tanks taking up positions in the town centre and snipers deploying on rooftops.

The activists said they were not able to count the casualties as the snipers made it impossible to reach them. One activist said:

Bodies are lying in the streets and we can't recover them.

غارات للناتو تستهدف مجمع باب العزيزية صباح يوم الاثنين

مشاهير123- شنت طائرات حلف شمال الأطلسي (النيتو) غارة على مجمع باب العزيزية وهدمت مبنى بداخله، في ما وصفت بأنها محاولة لقتل الزعيم الليبي معمر القذافي. يأتي ذلك بينما انقطع بث ثلاث محطات تلفزيونية حكومية لفترة وجيزة بعد انفجارات في طرابلس.

وقالت مسؤولة صحفية من حكومة القذافي إن الغارة التي تمت في الساعات الأولى من اليوم الاثنين أوقعت 45 مصابا بينهم 15 في حالة خطيرة، وإن البعض ما زال مفقودا بعد الهجوم.

وقالت المسؤولة التي طلبت عدم نشر اسمها إن القذافي كان يستخدم المبنى المدمر في الاجتماعات الوزارية واجتماعات أخرى.

وكان رجال الاطفاء مازالوا يعملون لاخماد الحرائق المشتعلة في جزء من المبنى المدمر عندما نقل الصحفيون في رحلة نظمتها الحكومة الى موقع الهجوم بعد بضع ساعات من هز ثلاثة انفجارات ضخمة وسط طرابلس.

English: Machahir123 - A NATO airstrike flattened a building inside Muammar Gaddafi's Bab al-Aziziyah compound early on Monday, in what a press official from Gaddafi's government said was an attempt on the Libyan leader's life.

Firefighters were still working to extinguish flames in a part of the wrecked building when journalists were brought on a government-organised trip to the scene, a few hours after three loud explosions shook central Tripoli.

The press official, who asked not to be identified, said Gaddafi used the destroyed building for ministerial and other meetings. She said 45 people were injured, including 15 who were seriously hurt, and some were still unaccounted for after the attack.
