JAPAN WINS THE WOMEN'S WORLD CUP
English: Machahir123--Japan has won the Women's World Cup after an epic final game against the USA
The United States led 2-1 in extra time after a header by Abby Wambach put them ahead, but Japan's Homare Sawa scored a miracle tying goal in the 116th minute, before her team went on to win in a penalty kick shooutout.
The American women missed three out of four penalty kicks, two of which were saved by Japanese goalie Ayumi Kalhori.
The US also led 1-0 in regulation, before Aya Miyama tied the game in the 80th minute, forcing extra time.
It was a disappointing finish for the top-ranked Americans, who pulled off a similar comeback against Brazil in the quarterfinal, and had never lost to the Japanese in an international match.

?WHO WILL PAY FOR THIS
English: Machahir123-- British police arrested Rebekah Brooks the former chief executive of Rupert Murdoch’s UK newspaper business on Sunday.
The 43 year old was being questioned over allegations of phone hacking and corruption.
Brooks, who resigned on Friday from News International, is the 10th person to be arrested in connection with the scandal.
Her former boss, billionaire Rupert Murdoch, took out adverts in several British newspapers over the weekend to apologise for his newspapers’ “mistakes.”
But opposition politicians still want the media mogul’s empire to be broken up. Labour party leader Ed Miliband thinks Murdoch has “too much power” over British public life. He’s called for new laws governing media ownership.
It was the first weekend without the infamous News of the World, which was until last week, Britain’s best selling Sunday newspaper.
Murdoch’s competitors used the opportunity to try to grab the tabloid’s readers by dishing up more dirt on the 80-year-old’s struggling empire.
Chávez holds on to leadership reins as he flies to Cuba for treatment

HUGO CHAVEZ IN CUBA...AGAIN
English: Machahir123-Venezuela left without interim president as leader receives chemotherapy, sparking fears about future government
He had been home for less than two weeks. Long enough to milk the adulation from his fanbase. Not long enough to dispel the cloud of uncertainty over Venezuela's future.
Now that cloud has become darker with the news that Hugo Chávez is to return to Cuba for chemotherapy to treat his abdominal cancer, the severity of which is still unknown. As he flew out of Caracas at the weekend, Chávez left both friends and foes speculating about the future of Venezuela – and wondering if chavismo can survive without its namesake and founder.
Chávez, who did not specify a return date, left the vice-president, Elías Jaua, and his minister of finance, Jorge Giordani, in charge of carrying out his instructions in his absence. But, tellingly, neither was sworn in as interim president. Constitutionally speaking, Chávez can be away for up to 180 days, at which point a vice-president would be sworn in to act as president until the next elections, due in December 2012. In reality, few believe Venezuela can be governed from afar for long.
ED Miliband calls for cuts to News International's power
 MILIBAND: MURDOCH  IS DANGEROUS
Miliband says Murdoch has 'too much power'
English: By Machahir123-- The leader of Britain's Labour Party Ed Miliband has called for changes to legislation governing media ownership in the wake of the alleged phone hacking controversy at the News of the World.
Mr Miliband said that Rupert Murdoch had what he called an 'unhealthy' market share that led to abuses of power.
In an interview with The Observer newspaper Mr Miliband said: 'I think it is unhealthy because that amount of power in one person's hands has clearly led to abuses of power within his organisation.'
"I think that we've got to look at the situation whereby one person can own more than 20% of the newspaper market, the Sky platform and Sky News," he said.
"I think it's unhealthy because that amount of power in one person's hands has clearly led to abuses of power within his organisation.
"If you want to minimise the abuses of power then that kind of concentration of power is frankly quite dangerous."
A police statement said Stephenson did not know of Wallis's connection with the spa, and his stay was paid for by the spa's managing director, a family friend with no links to his professional life.

English: Machahir123--The Chillean miners who endured 69 days trapped underground when their mine collapsed last year are suing the government for negligence saying there was a lack of safety measures.
The miners were trapped underground from 5 August to 13 October after a cave-in at the San Jose gold and copper mine in the north.
Thirty-one of the 33 miners in the group have joined the lawsuit against the government, which requests $540,000 in compensation for each of the miners.
The miners allege that the National Geology and Mines Bureau had failed to carry out proper inspections of the mine's safety and working conditions.
One of the plaintiffs, miner Claudio Yanez, said the mine had had accidents in the past and at one time had been closed.
"We want what we went through at the bottom of that mine to be recognised. We are here to say that the 31 of us wish that all our suffering, and the suffering of our families, is recognised," miner Luis Urzua told reporters.
Folowing a spectacular rescue operation, watched around the world, the miners were finally hauled to safely one by one from 700 metres below ground.
