Reports said to Machahir123 that Workers evacuated from Japan's stricken nuclear plant after quake .
The quake was centered about 164 kilometers (101 miles) northeast of Tokyo, according to the USGS. Residents in Tokyo felt the jolts.

NHK World said that external power supplies and water injection at Fukushima unit 1-3 have been resumed. No reports of abnormalities so far .And it said that Tsunami warnings and advisories have been lifted in Japan following 7.1 aftershock
