14:12 GMT - مشاهير123 - أفاذ شهود عيان اليوم 25 فبراير/شباط بان نظام القذافي قد أنشأ جدارا حديديا من الدبابات من شأنه الحيلولة دون تسرب قوى المعارضة الى المدينة.وتشير "بي بي سي" الى ان ليبيا تشهد في الاونة الاخيرة حالة توازن استراتيجي حيث احتفظت القوات الحكومية بالسيطرة على العاصمة وحتى قامت بتعزيزها . لكنها خسرت تماما ما تبقى من البلاد. اما المعارضة فلا تتجرأ من جهتها على شن الهجوم على طرابلس.

For the past week, fighting has raged between anti-government forces and troops loyal to Libyan leader Col Muammar Gaddafi, in power for 42 years.
Witnesses in Tripoli say pro-Gaddafi forces have opened fire on protesters.
Nato ambassadors are holding emergency talks.
Around the capital, Tripoli, an elite brigade commanded by Col Gaddafi's son Khamis is believed to be dug in.
