مشاهير123 - قال وزير الخارجية الفرنسي الان جوبيه الاربعاء23/03/2011 ان حلف شمال الاطلسي لن يتولى "القيادة السياسية" للتحالف الدولي في ليبيا لكن سيتدخل "كاداة تخطيط وقيادة عملانية" في تطبيق منطقة الحظر الجوي.وقال الوزير الفرنسي خلال مؤتمر صحافي ان "الحلف الاطلسي سيتدخل كاداة تخطيط وقيادة عملانية" في تطبيق منطقة الحظر الجوي التي نص عليها القرار 1973 الصادر عن مجلس الامن الدولي.
واضاف انه "لن يتولى القيادة السياسية" للتحالف التي ستوكل الى لجنة تضم وزراء خارجية دول مشاركة في التدخل ومن الجامعة العربية.
وتابع ان هذه اللجنة "ستستفح بشكل واسع لدول اخرى للمشاركة" وكذلك "الجامعة.
قال وزير الخارجية الفرنسي الان جوبيه يوم الاربعاء ان وزراء خارجية الدول الغربية المشاركة في الائتلاف الذي يفرض منطقة حظر الطيران فوق ليبيا سيجتمعون في لندن يوم الثلاثاء.
English: Machahir123 - Foreign ministers from Western coalition partners taking part in a U.N.-mandated military intervention in Libya will meet in London Tuesday, French Foreign Minister Alain Juppe said Wednesday.
"I just took the initiative with my British colleague to gather in London next Tuesday a contact group including all the countries (in the coalition), plus the African Union, the Arab League and the European countries associated," Juppe told parliament.
French officials confirmed the meeting would be at foreign minister level. There was no immediate comment from Britain's Foreign Ministry.
"We will now move into a second phase and NATO will act as the planning tool and operational conduct of the (military) action," Juppe earlier told reporters in parliament.
"It won't be NATO that will have the political steering of the operation," he said.
