Thousands march in Morocco over king's reforms

مشاهير123- تظاهر الالاف من المغاربة في مسيرات في انحاء مدن المغرب يوم الاحد سواء لتأييد او لرفض الاصلاحات الدستورية التي طرحها الملك محمد السادس استجابة لانتفاضات "الربيع العربي" الشعبية التي تجتاح العالم العربي.
ويقول منتقدو الاصلاحات انها لم تقلل سلطات الملك بما فيه الكفاية. وكانت المسيرة المعارضة للاصلاحات التي طرحها الملك الاحدث في موجة من المسيرات التي يشهدها المغرب وتأتي قبل ايام من الاستفتاء الذي يجرى في الاول من يوليو تموز على خطة الاصلاح.
وقام العشرات من أفراد شرطة مكافحة الشغب بتفريق مظاهرة ضمت نحو ألفي شخص من المعارضين للاصلاحات الدستورية في العاصمة الرباط مستخدمين الهراوات.
ويترك الدستور الجديد للملك تعيين رئيس الوزراء لكن هذه المرة يفرض الدستور بعد تعديله اختيار رئيس الوزراء من الحزب الفائز بالانتخابات البرلمانية. كما يترك للملك الحق في الاعتراض على اي وزير وحق اقتراح انهاء تفويضه.

English: Machahir123- Thousands of people marched through cities in Morocco on Sunday either to protest or to support constitutional reforms proposed by King Mohammed in reaction to unrest inspired by "Arab Spring" uprisings in the Arab world.

Critics of the reforms says they do not go far enough to reduce his powers. The march against the monarch's measures was the latest in a wave of marches in the North African state and comes days before a July 1 referendum on the reform plan.

The new charter still allows him to name a prime minister -- but this time only from the party that wins most seats at parliamentary elections -- and to vet appointments of other ministers and suggest the termination of their mandates.
