وعلى الرغم من أن مارتين أوبري و فرانسوا هولاند يأتيان في الصدارة وفق نتائج سبر الآراء إلا أن أسماء أخرى ربما تبرز على الساحة لتخوض معركة الانتخابات التمهيدية داخل الحزب الاشتراكي في مقدمها المرشحة السابقة للرئاسة سيغولين روايال.
