مشاهير123- اعتقلت الشرطة البريطانية نحو  215 وسقط تسعة جرحى في صفوفها خلال المواجهات التي تجددت ليل الأحد في عدد من أحياء لندن حيث قامت مجموعات من الشباب بمهاجمة رجال الشرطة وتعرضت محلات تجارية للنهب.
فبعد 24 ساعة من أعمال عنف في حي توتنهام شمال لندن، تحدثت الشرطة اللندنية عن "أعمال إجرامية مستوحاة" من تلك التي حدثت الليلة الماضية، في شمال لندن وشرقها وجنوبها، قامت بها "مجموعات صغيرة متنقلة".
وهاجم شبان مباشرة قوات الشرطة وسببوا أضرارا في آليات للشرطة، وأوقفت الشرطة أكثر من مائة شخص بعد 61 آخرين اعتقلوا في أعقاب اضطرابات توتنهام. وأصيب تسعة على الأقل من قوات الأمن بجروح في المواجهات التي تجددت ليل الأحد، وبينهم ثلاثة صدمتهم آلية كانت تسير بسرعة كبيرة.

English: Machahir123-- Police reported that more than 215 arrests took place across the capital overnight. Commander Christine Jones, said: 'Officers responding to sporadic disorder in a number of boroughs made more than 100 arrests throughout last night and early this morning.
'This is in addition to the 61 arrests made on Saturday night and Sunday morning.'

She said there had been 16 charges in relation to offences including burglary, knives, theft and violent disorder.
Seventeen people have been bailed and one has been cautioned. One person was sectioned under the Mental Health Act, 11 are awaiting CPS advice and 15 are ongoing inquiries, she added.
