مشاهير123- قررت سيدة فرنسا الأولى كارلا بروني - زوجة نيكولا ساركوزي -فتح دعوة قضائية ضد مجلة فرنسية لأنها نشرت صور لها مع نساء من المارينز الفرنسي الموجودين في ليبيا خلال تواجدها على شاطئ فورت بريغانسون في 14 من شهر يوليوز وذلك وفقا لما قالت السيدة ساركوزي لموقع يوريوب 1. و تعتبر الصحفية من نوع الصحف الصفراء في فرنسا و تدعى مجلة غالا Magazine Gala .فلم تحبذ سيدة فرنسا عمل مجلة غالا دون أخد اذن منها .

English: Machahir123- Carla Bruni-Sarkozy, who opened the gates of Fort Brégançon in July 14th for journalists of Var Matin, has decided to file a complaint against the magazine Gala, Carla tells Europe 1.
Involved? Photos of her inside the Fort, immortalizing his meeting with a dozen women sailors deployed in Libya and in her published without permission. Initially taken to Var Matin, photographs illustrating an exclusive report in which she confirmed her pregnancy and evoked happiness "unexpected".
Var Matin daily, also upset, would have sent a letter to the editor of Gala, regretting the fact that the magazine had wanted to believe that the First Lady expressed in columns and the words "original photos" (pictures distributed by MAXPPP agency, but made by the photographer Franz Chavaroche Nice Matin) affixed on the cover.

French: Machahir123- Carla Bruni-Sarkozy, qui a ouvert les portes du Fort de Brégançon le 14 juillet dernier aux journalistes de Var Matin, aurait décidé de porter plainte contre le magazine Gala, nous apprend le site d'Europe 1.
En cause ? Des photos d'elle à l'intérieur du Fort, immortalisant sa rencontre avec une dizaine de femmes de marins déployés en Libye et publiées selon elle sans autorisation. Initialement prises pour Var Matin, les photos illustraient un reportage exclusif où elle confirmait sa grossesse et évoquait son bonheur "inattendu".
Le quotidien Var Matin, également contrarié, aurait fait parvenir un courrier à la rédaction de Gala, regrettant le fait que le magazine ait voulu faire croire que la Première dame s'exprimait dans ses colonnes et la mention "photos inédites" (photos distribuées par l'agence Maxppp, mais réalisées par le photographe de Nice Matin Franz Chavaroch) apposée en couverture..
