مشاهير123 - قالت مصادر في الإنتربول الإسباني، انه تم القاء القبض مساء يوم الخميس، القبض على رجل الأعمال المصري حسين سالم، والذي كان جد مقرب من  الرئيس المخلوع حسني مبارك، والمحال إلى محكمة الجنايات لاتهامه بتقديم هدايا عينية لمبارك وأولاده مقابل منحه أراضٍ متميزة في شرم الشيخ، بالإضافة إلى اتهامه بتصدير الغاز لإسرائيل بأسعار أقل من الأسعار العالمية.

ووجه الإنتربول الإسباني طلب خطي الى القاهرة  من أجل ملف استرداده، و ذلك من أجل  تسليمه إلى القاهرة خلال الأيام المقبلة.

و المعروف أن  حسين سالم يحمل الجنسية الإسبانية منذ العام 2008.

و كان حسين سالم متواجدا قبل أيام قليلة في مدينة جنيف السويسرية و يرجع سبب توجهه الى هناك أنه قد غادر القاهرة على متن طائرته الخاصة متوجها في بداية الأمر إلى مدينة دبي الإماراتية حيث توقف للتزود بالوقود وتم اتجه الى جنيف.

و يعتبر حسين سالم من اقرب الأشخاص إلى الرئيس السابق محمد حسني مبارك، فالعلاقة بينهما تمتد لفترة طويلة من الزمن بحكم أن كل منهما عمل طياراً في فترة كبيرة من حياته، وقد تعرفا على بعضهما البعض في هذا المجال، واستمرت العلاقة بينهما حتى بعد تولى الرئيس مبارك مقاليد الحكم في عام 1981 .

 Reports in Egypt claim that Interpol in Spain, the international police body, has arrested the Egyptian businessman Hussein Salem Hussein Salem, an Egyptian partner of Israeli businessman Yosef Maiman in the East Mediterranean Gas Company (EMG), which has long term agreements to supply natural gas to Israel, has been caught in Madrid , according to agency reports today Thursday.

Hussein Salem and his family had fled Egypt because of the turmoil in the country in January 2011. Arab media report that Salem himself went to Geneva, while his family left for an unknown destination. Salem is considered close to the Egyptian regime, particularly to President Hosni Mubarak's son Gamal Mubarak.

Salem owns 28% of EMG, which has supplied gas to Israel since June 2008.

Salem is one of the most mysterious business people in Egypt, and as far as is known he has never been interviewed in the Western press. In Egypt I he is known as the owner of a hotel chain, and as the confidant of Mubarak and his family. His business tie with Maiman was formed when they were partners in the construction of a refinery in Alexandria at the end of the 1970s.
