اليونان : تفريق مظاهرة احتجاجية بأثينا ضد سياسة التقشف

مشاهير123- أطلقت شرطة مكافحة الشغب في اليونان الغاز المدمع صوب متظاهرين، وألقت القبض على 94 شخصا خلال مسيرة مناهضة لإجراءات التقشف في مدينة سالونيكا، ثاني أكبر المدن في البلاد، أمس السبت احتجاجا الإجراءات التقشفية التي أعلنتها الحكومة.
وشارك في المظاهرات عدد كبير من مختلف شرائح المجتمع من سائقي سيارات الأجرة وطلبة الجامعات والمدارس حتى مشجعي كرة القدم، إلى جانب أعضاء في الاتحادات العمالية، وقدر عدد المتظاهرين بـ17 ألفا، رشقوا الشرطة بالحجارة.
ويتظاهر آلاف الأشخاص من بينهم طلاب في ثاني أكبر المدن اليونانية قبيل الخطاب السنوي لرئيس الوزراء جورج باباندريو. كما تظاهر نحو ألفي شخص من أعضاء الاتحاد الشيوعي نظموا مسيرة سلمية في وقت سابق بالعاصمة أثينا.
وكانت حكومة حزب باسوك الاشتراكي الحاكم، تحت قيادة باباندريو، اضطرت إلى تخفيض المرتبات والمعاشات كجزء من تدابير تقشف مؤلمة لتأمين قروض دولية بقيمة إجمالية تبلغ 220 مليار يورو (303.7 مليارات دولار). وأثارت تلك الجهود موجة واسعة النطاق من الاستياء العام.

English: Machahir123- Riot police fired tear gas at thousands of Greek protesters today as they took to the streets to protests against the Government's austerity measures.
Ahead of a keynote speech by the Greek Prime Minister George Papandreou, more than 17,000 angry citizens were dispersed by officers in the city of Thessaloniki.
Police said that they came under attack from protesters using flare guns, stones, sticks and even a petrol bomb, and they arrested two people while detaining another 100. Two people were injured.
In Athens, police fired stun grenades to disperse around 400 protesters who tried to block a main road outside Parliament. The protesters retaliated with firebombs that they lobbed at officers over passing traffic.
They were protesting against Mr Papandreou's Socialist government's austerity measures which include cutting pensions and salaries while raising taxes and retirement ages.
