مشاهير123- قال قاضي التحقيق الذي ينظر في قضية دومينيك ستروس-كان يوم الجمعة ان الادعاء في نيويورك سيلتقي مع عاملة التنظيف الغينينة نافيساتو ديالو التي تتهم رئيس صندوق النقد الدولي السابق ,الفرنسي دومينيك ستروس- كان بمحالولة اغتصابها في فندق بمنهاتن.

قال محامي عاملة اللتنضيف التي تتهم رئيس صندوق النقد الدولي السابق دومينيك شتراوس بمحاولة الاعتداء الجنسي عليها يعتقد بأن ممثلو الادعاء يسعون الى الخطة لالغاء بعض أو كل هذه الاتهامات الموجهة اليه.

و قال المحامي كينيث طومسون تروي لصحيفة نيويورك تايمز انه حصل على رسالة من مساعد المدعي العام يطلب لقاء موكلته يوم الاثنين القادم ، وذلك قبل يوم ستراوس القادم المقرر مثوله امام المحكمة.

ففي حال ثبوت اتهامات الكاتبة فإن المدير السابق لصندوق النقد الدولي يواجه حكما بالسجن يتراوح بين 10 إلى 15عاما.

وكان القضاء الأمريكي ألغى إخضاع دومينيك ستراوس كان للإقامة الجبرية وشرط الكفالة المالية مقابل الإفراج ريثما تتم المحاكمة، وذلك بعد أن تبين المدعي العام أن الضحية المفترَضة للاعتداء الجنسي المزعوم لستراوس كان صرحتْ بأقوال متضاربة تضعف مصداقية التهمة.

English: Machahir123-- The Manhattan district attorney’s office has scheduled a meeting for Monday afternoon with the woman who accused Dominique Strauss-Kahn of sexual assault, and her lawyer said he believed it to be a clear indication that prosecutors would seek to have a judge dismiss all or some of the charges at the next court hearing, on Tuesday.

The lawyer for the woman who accused former IMF head Dominique Strauss-Kahn of sexual assault says he believes prosecutors plan to dismiss some or all of the charges.

Attorney Kenneth Thompson tells The New York Times that he got a letter from an assistant district attorney asking to meet with his client Monday, the day before Strauss-Kahn's next scheduled court appearance.

The letter was written in brusque tones and said the purpose was to discuss what would happen in court.

Thompson sent an email to The Associated Press saying he was on a plane and couldn't immediately discuss the issue. A spokeswoman for the district attorney's office declined to comment.
